Fridays take on a fragrant spin with new perfume

Rap star Nicki Minaj has been highlighting the news lately with talk of her possibly joining the judging panel on TV show American Idol. But today’s buzz surrounds her first fragrance—launched with Elizabeth Arden, who recently purchased the license from Give Back Brands.

In a Tweet, Minaj revealed to fans that the name of her scent is Pink Friday, and that it smells like “angels playing.” Scheduled for release late next month, the perfume comes in a bottle remarkably resembling the singer: a gold bust of sorts donning a flowing, pink wig.
